FUNCTION:

• This position assists in the operations of the concession area at Arena Park Sports Complex and Shawnee Park Sports Complex, assisting supervisors with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the preparation of food in the concession area.
• Responsible for inventory sheets.
• Responsible for distribution of food.
• General maintenance of the concession area.
• Working a cash register
• Handling money and redistributing correct change.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in food service/management helpful.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to count currency.
