General Definition of Work
Position responsible for training youth in a one-on-one, partner or group setting for a specific sport. Training is offered in the following sports:

• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Soccer
• Baseball
• Softball
• Football

Essential Functions

• Evaluate the trainee and provide an individual skills workout specifically for them.
• Teach the rules of the game, strategies and playing tactics.
• Conduct yourself in a respectful, confident, and secure manner.

Qualifications

• General understanding of the game.
• Previous playing experience.
• Previous coaching or training experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work on an as-needed basis.
